The devimat® system from DEVI - a unique floor warming system which consists of thermostatically controlled heating mats installed just beneath the flooring The devimat® comes in the form of a self adhesive mesh with an ultra thin cable pre-attached. Installation is quick and simple. The mat is simply rolled out onto the floor, the mesh is cut, the mat turned and the next piece rolled out. As the mat has a twin conductor cable, there is no second tail to return to the thermostat, saving installation time and cost. The devimat® heating cable meets the highest UK and European standards, (IEC - 60335 - 95/SEMKO) and is the only thin heating cable on the market with a complete aluminium earth sheathing, for maximum protection and safety. This is essential for compliance with earthing requirements for installation in wet areas, such as bathrooms. devireg® 550 The system is accurately controlled by the intelligent devireg® 550. A flush mounted, fully programmable 7 day combined thermostat/timer, incorporating a one button does it all technology. The thermostat’s built in intelligence learns how each installation operates and adjusts the switching on time accordingly on a daily basis, which ensures minimal running costs. Monitors the floor temperature using a floor sensor (supplied with the controller). Available in polar white and chrome, both thermostats fit into a standard 47mm socket box. 10 year warranty DEVI offer a 10 year warranty on all cables and mats. In the unlikely event of a fault, DEVI has developed a device that can detect the location of the fault, to within the space of one tile. All mats are tested prior to tiling, with the deviguard® cable monitor, which ensures that the cable is operating correctly.
